📖 Ingredients:
💥180g Low Fat & Unsalted Butter
💥90g If Brown Sugar
💥1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
💥3 Whole Eggs
💥40g of Cocoa Powder
💥70g of Gluten-Free Flour
💥70g of 90% Dark Chocolate Chips 💥50g / 1 Cup of Almonds (Optional)

🔑 Directions:
1. Melt 180g of the butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Add in the brown sugar and stir gently.
2. Add the vanilla extract, stir again.
3. Crack in the eggs, one at a time and stir the mixture between each egg added in. Next In is the cocoa powder and gluten free flour. Stir once again.
4. Time to pop in the almonds and dark chocolate chips, give one last stir before pouring onto a pan lined with parchment paper.
5. Put into an oven at 160° for 30 minutes. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

Approx how many hours per day do you work?
11hrs min b/c of coaching or driving the bus to practices or prepping a football field or gym for the game day lol coaching is from 3:30-7 every day that isn’t a game day. Games go to9:30 pmpm min. This job doesn’t stop on weekends either but on weekends it’s only like 3-4hrs.

What made you decide to make a fitness/health change? .
.
Seeing a picture of me in May of 2018 (that pic I sent you lol). I have never felt or been that big before not even when I was pregnant!). I was disgusted with myself. Being a coach & role model in my community I knew I had to get healthier - wanted to get healthier...I knew I had a problem. .
