Happy Monday IG! Meet Tony (@coach_tonycastillo). Many of you have seen him in previous posts, or even my stories. Him and I have been able to maintain both a relationship as friends and business partners over the last 5 years, and I am forever grateful for this guy.

The one thing I cherish most about our friendship is the level of accountability we have for each other. I’ve been able to grow as a person and professional, as well as meet many of my business and personal goals because of this guy.

Why am I telling you this story and boasting about Tony so much?

Because accountability is key in anything you are trying to get better at. Having someone to periodically check in with gives you a certain level of responsibility, versus going at it alone.

For me, when Tony and I hop on weekly calls to catch up, I WANT to report wins on the goals we set the week prior. I WANT to show him that I put in the work and am seeing the results. And when I don’t succeed, I can count on Tony to politely call me out and challenge me to get better. And this works the other way as well.

That’s what accountability is all about. My clients have me as their number 1 accountability partner. I hold them to a higher standard and if they are not giving their all, I make sure to politely let them know. That’s how they improve and get better.
Aside from having the right tools to succeed, having someone to hold them accountable is the most important element to my client’s success.

ACCOUNTABILITY BREEDS RESPONSE-ABILITY.

If you are someone who would thrive from consistent accountability to reach your goals, check out the link in my profile to apply for my 1-on-1 nutrition coaching.
