  • 🇫🇷 #piggyandtony #1stmonth When the best friend's turned to be my 100% boyfriend. "Unexpected things can happen anytime." #longstory #noneedtoreaditall
.
.
Back then I used to ลั่นล้า a bit when the winter semester was started cause I thought that I had no BF, and I also had NEVER known how he thought about our relationship.
.
.
The comical thing is, he thought that we had been a couple before I came to Germany. And after I stopped ลั่นล้า, I told my friends and everyone who tried to flirt me that I already have a boyfriend, and put myself in the appropriate place/position.
.
.
But actually he had never asked me to be his GF till last month we met in Paris (At the Bus Station during I was waiting for the bus to go back 🇩🇪)
.
.
*Ps. i told my friends like that cause it was so complicated and hard to explain

  • #longstory pics: top left: 4,5day totals, top right: TP performance chart 90d+21d, bottom left: Hrv values in the morning, bottom right' after the last workout time to hit the showers.
It was a the most pleasantly challenging training camp for me, this Easter. 3 days at the xottage and the start and end I did from home. Plan was to add little volume, yet avoiding treaded junk miles, as the theme is still "minimum effort, maximum gain". I think I planned and managed the training quite nicely.
//
Main workouts were back to back days of cycling with IF of 0.8 or above with +3hr of duration and also my finale of the camp with 2hr run including LT intervals. The finale was changed to 75min easy stroller run with the junior as life happened and then straight back out to the urban trails to do longer temp+/threshold efforts to complete the 2hr work planned.
//
My legs were diamonds on the bike and on the last run too. In between these main workouts I had a day of easy recovery morning run and aerobic steady state ride to home to add the volume but keeping the intensity low. I also started using @hrv4training app to eliminate the quess work (as it's easy to lie to yourself and step into the pitfalls of chronic overreaching) from recovery and to manage my total load from training, family and work obligations. No more assumpyions, just pure objective data from the status of your nervous system status.
//
It was so hard to sum up the training camp with a photo, so I wanted to show some data to reinforce via visualization the amount of effort putting in to building the total engine and that one photo shows that its time to wrap things up and put the washed training clothes back to the drawew and let my body stew on the training load cumulated for a day or two. Let's see how my systems recover from this intense period of training. And time to plan ahead. First races in the horizon too. More on that later.. //
