I saw that recipe by @healthy.yve and I was so eager to try it out! Seemed pretty easy with simple ingredients. I am so proud of the result! It was easy indeed and it's sooooo delicious! The crust is very tasty and the banana cream, oh my! I might try adding a date caramel drizzle on it, to add a bit of sweetness to the bitterness of cacao (I took 100% cacao tablet 🍫) .

For the crust: 
150g almonds 
100g pecans
50g hempseeds 
50g dried mulberries 
10 dates (Nour and Medjool)
4 tbsp water 
In a high speed food processor, mix all the ingredients until a dough forms. Press into a pan. Reserve. .

For the banana cream:
450g soaked and drained cashews 
4 frozen bananas 🍌
150g coconut cream (fat part in the tin)
3 tbsp maple syrup 
1 tsp fresh lemon juice 
First blend the cashews alone for 2-3 min. Then add the coconut cream and mix. Add the maple syrup and lemon juice. Mix u too a smooth cream forms. Pour over the crust and reserve in the freezer. .

For the cocoa frosting:
20g of 100% cocoa chocolate (with no sugar added)
2 tbsp maple syrup 
A bit of water 
In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate but don't cook it. Add the maple syrup and water if it gets too thick. Drizzle on the cream and freeze the pie for at least 4 hours.

I thank Anthony William @medicalmedium for all his hard work to help us to heal w/ Spirit’s info. I thank Spirit for giving us the opportunity to heal in this era. I thank God most of all. My heart and soul is filled with unconditional love and gratitude. Who knew that 2 years on celery juice and all the right healing foods for my exact symptoms and illnesses would completely heal me? I surely didn’t but what I did know was that slowly over time I was getting better and feeling less and less of my symptoms until I no longer felt any symptoms at all and that’s why I kept at it and keep going with it, never giving up. I wanted to see what the other side of this journey would look like even though I had no idea or understanding of what that would even mean. I am grateful that I get to help others on their journeys, teaching everything I learned from my research, experiments and experiences. I am grateful that I can be in the sun without getting rashes from it. I am grateful I no longer feel like dying from my pericarditis and pleural effusions, my brain tumors shrank and now gone and my brain disease completely healed as if I never had a stroke in my life. I’m grateful I can walk on my own and not have to park in handicap spaces. I’m grateful I don’t have to go to the pharmacy anymore to pay and pick up medications. I’m grateful that my hubby healed his gut and heart from medical medium’s info and is alive and still with us. I’m grateful that we can now start growing our family when doctors advised me for the past 10 years that I could never have children and in the last 4 years, strongly advised me to never have children, including adoption. And now seeing my transformation I have the go ahead from my doctors to start. Who knew any of this was possible? All that hard work each day and learning to rest was worth it. Don’t give up. Do what you can each day with kindness. Healing happens 💚

From November 2013-October 2014, I was taking a myriad of antibiotics to combat what I was told is “Lyme Disease” ... need I say more. Hit up @medicalmedium for the truth on Lyme Disease and it’s actual origins (its not bacterial). .

A number of (not so great) things arose from this long term use of antibiotics. But this post is simply targeted at discussing LIVER SPOTS/AGE SPOTS.

After this almost year long stint of antibiotics, I started to develop age/liver spots all over my face, with a particularly high concentration on my forehead. I’ll have to post an updated version of this photo soon. This is what my skin used to look like. Clear as!
From @medicalmedium Liver Rescue Anthony explains: “age spots are caused by dermatoxins made of one-half methylated aluminium and the other half a mix of methylated cadmium, nickel, lead, and mercury; different types of age spots depend on the composition of that second half”

Knowing this, it does not surprise me that from taking such an extended amount of pharmaceuticals (antibiotics), my already heavy-metal overloaded liver + lymph had no choice but to deposit these heavy metals in my skin. 
Antibiotics are loaded with heavy metals. Aluminium being almost always present. 
I’m hoping that with time, and from proper heavy metal detoxing, cleaning up my liver and working daily on assisting my lymphatic system, they will fade and my skin will return to the clarity this picture shows.

RAW SPINACH SOUP

This delicious soup is a quick, easy and nutritious way to incorporate lots of healing benefits into one bowl.
.
I’m on day 8 of the 3:6:9 Liver Cleanse, and lunch is raw spinach soup poured over cucumber noodles.
.
Ingredients:
• 1 pint grape tomatoes • 1 stalk celery
• I clove garlic
• 1 orange juiced • 4 large handfuls of spinach
• 2-3 basil leaves
.
Method:
• blend tomatoes, celery, garlic & orange juice
•  blend in the spinach one handful at a time, adding the basil at the end.
.
Here are just some of the healing benefits:
~ Basil is antiviral
~ celery provides mineral salts that are antiviral and help support the nervous system with electrolytes while they stabilize and support the adrenals ~ cucumbers strengthen the adrenals and kidneys and flush toxins out of the bloodstream
~ garlic is antiviral and antibacterial ~ oranges are a rich source of calcium
~ spinach creates an alkaline environment in the body and provides highly absorbable micronutrients to the nervous system

After completing my 2nd round of the liver rescue 3:6:9 cleanse, I’m feeling so powerful & inspired. I won’t say the cleanse is easy, because it isn’t that simple. What IS simple is the way every meal is perfectly laid out for us. 🕊 There isn’t a whole lot of thinking, which leaves more space to focus on the healing! Day 9 complete! Proud to be members of the 3:6:9 club! 🎉🍎 Day 9 was my favorite day... I felt like a hummingbird with all that wonderful juice.  Again, best cleanse I’ve ever done— highly recommend!  And taking so many pieces moving forward.  Get the book!  Needs to be read in its entirety which we still have to do.  Props again to Deb and Bob, my parents, for taking this liver rescue cleanse with me.  You helped make it possible! And for Habibi for being my constant support and cheerleader. ♥️ Can’t wait to eat my potatoes again.  And yes! Those are allowed!  Just not on the last leg of the cleanse but you can eat potatoes and heal and lose weight and be fabulous!  Everyone can do this cleanse and incorporate the core system no matter what diet you “believe” in.  You don’t have to be vegetarian or vegan.  You can improve your mood and skin and so more with these techniques.  You can heal from chronic illness, cancer, psoriasis, eczema, crohn’s... the list goes on and on.  It’s going to take more than nine days of course but this is a great way to start.  Healing from chronic issues takes patience and time.  You most likely will notice results very quickly but remember to be easy with yourself.  One day at a time. ✨ Day 2 - Liver Rescue 369 ✨

As per usual, I started my day with water upon waking, then 16oz lime water, 30 minutes later, 24oz of pure celery juice on an empty stomach.

1. For breakfast I ate half a super juicy melon, overripe is so good, you can eat it just like watermelon
2. Decided to blend the other half and added 8oz of coconut water. I found this to be thoroughly refreshing on a warm day like today
3. Morning snack: 1 apple & 1 date, it’s organic but had to peel it after scraping a lot of the wax 
4. Lunch: baby bananas & strawberries, at this point I’m too full to have anything but fruit for lunch; had to run an errand but kept myself hydrated with spring water as it was too hot out
5. Dinner: oil free pan roasted brussels sprouts, mashed murasaki sweet potatoes (roasted last night) and had it with oven baked portobellos in grape-seed oil and s+p, good eats
6. Late snack: 2 apples & 2 dates, still ate it without the peel because there’s no way I’m ingesting all that wax
7. Capping my night with lemon balm tea also called the “Elixir of Life” due to its incredible anti-viral, anti-bacterial, digestive, and sedative properties.

Second day was better even though I had some challenges. I just hope my dear liver is a lot happier with me today as I kept myself well hydrated and followed the 369 guidelines as best I can. I was able to meditate for 15 minutes, a much needed one after my slow juicer broke down on me, thankful that it happened after I finished juicing my celery. Again, I will roll with the punches and use my old centrifugal juicer until I finish this cleanse. Now while the sun is setting, I believe it’s time for me to chill. Have a good night (or good day), depending on where you are in the world. xo 🥰

afternoon snack: two apples and three dates.
