  • I had a vision, I had a partner in crime (@heeyvanessa ) , and I had @porterrobinson, my favorite dj in the entire world, to inspire me. 💜💕We recreated the legendary album cover, ‘Worlds’🌎☁️🔥✨For years I’ve followed him because his music has been some of the most uplifting and inspiring through some of the toughest times of my life. And for that, I’m so thankful. 🙌💜💪I didn’t think we could pull this off. It was so last minute, but I’m so glad we got to create this captain hat for @secondskyfest 💜 I’m so proud of the work, countless hours, and effort we put into this. This week the boys sat down for a chat about when enough is enough and you just need to dial back the intensity or maybe take a good ole fashioned rest day, rest week or rest weeks. We’ve experienced overtraining and lack of recovery as athletes and we see it all too often on the faces and in the performance of our clients, so we thought it’d be a great subject to shed some light on.

When should you take a rest day?

When should you head to the gym, but just hop on a bike or rower and stretch for the hour?

When should you take a nap instead of working out?

When should you just focus on your movement and not the leaderboard?

  • @skinnytaste tex-mex turkey tacos, salad, spanish rice and chips from Tuesdays dinner. This took very little effort, it just sat in the crock pot all day and we assembled at dinner time and it was delicious. #crogaeats #Repost @dahveee

You don't have to eat boring or bland stuff to not blow up your macros. You also shouldn't be underfed to reach your weight loss goals.
