  • After three hours of studying and 2 hours of exercising I am mentally and physically exhausted. On my drive home there was nothing on the radio worth listening to, I found myself surfing all the way down to #krcl a station I never tune into. To my surprise they were playing what's called the #Thursdaynight #PsychOut show which was literally one continuous song which many transitions that allowed my mind to wonder and explore aspects of my thought process allowing for a deeper reflection of my core and allowed me to more deeply connect to the frame work that I've been wrestling with to find the balance between #selflessness #selfishness and #selfpreservation to better understand how I can do better at #selfcare. With little traffic on the road and a beautiful light snowfall I walked the shore of my conscious and was able to reflect on aspects of my life, behavior and character where previously I had examined very little if any at all. I judged myself with a compassionate hand itemizing key steps to take to further the development of the man I wish to become. Despite the fact that my drive and time to #meditate and #reflect was relatively short I accomplished more #selfdevelopment in those 15 minutes than the last 3 years. It seems that I found a huge part of me when I least expected it. #ilovemylife #lifeisbeautiful After three hours of studying and 2 hours of exercising I am mentally and physically exhausted.
