  • Can we talk about this #salsa for a minute?

I mixed 4 chopped red mangoes, arils from 1 pomegranate, 1 chopped red onion, 1 minced red hot chili pepper, 4 minced cloves of garlic, 1 chopped bunch of cilantro, and the juice of 2 limes. It made four 2 cup servings. 
I came up with it because I was experiencing symptoms of clogged pores as well as muscle pain and fatigue during my #28daycleanse so I knew I wanted to eat #pomegranates and #mangoes. Here's why per @medicalmedium: ▫️Consuming pomegranates helps unclog pores and hair follicles, encouraging hair growth where it’s needed and helping the skin and scalp overall. This fruit also helps detoxify DDT and other pesticides, eliminate unproductive lactic acid buildup in the muscles, and clear out earwax and minimize new production of it. Good for the following symptoms: muscle cramps, leg cramps, back pain, body pain. ▫️Mangoes are also wonderful for skin health and can be used both internally and externally to help clear clogged pores, eliminate pimples, and add a natural glow to the skin. Coincidentally, this salsa is SO GOOD. I literally ate a huge bowl with a spoon. It's also great with cucumber on a bed of #leafygreens, which is how I ate it for lunch all week. And, yes, my skin is looking better and my muscles are feeling better, thank you.

  • It's happened. I'm officially obsessed with this #rawspinachsoup. And I've streamlined my #mealprep to make it SO easy. I divide three boxes of grape tomatoes (1 dry pint each) into four 16oz mason jars, add one whole clove of garlic and one chopped stalk of celery to each. I divide one big 16oz box of baby spinach and one bunch of cilantro into three 32oz mason jars. I noodle one English cucumber with my julienne peeler and divide it into two 8 or 16oz mason jars. In the morning after I make my #celeryjuice, I juice that day's orange and pour it into a jar of tomatoes. If it's a huge orange and there's extra juice, it goes in that morning's smoothie. Because they all make different quantities, I end up doing some prep most nights, but it keeps it down to a manageable amount each day and keeps the ingredients fresh, which rules. I blend the soup just before serving. Having everything pre portioned in jars makes dinner a breeze and it's super easy to pack on workdays too! (There's a blender at work.) @medicalmedium says if you're not obsessed the first time you try this soup to try it again later because your palate changes as you heal and omg he's so right. I hated this when I first tried it and now I'm so excited to eat it every day for a month during the #28daycleanse. And since it's the same ingredients as the #liverrescuesalad option a, I'm going to keep having it during #liverrescue369 and will just add my chopped asparagus or brussels sprouts on top!   • Was wondering if I'd feel a difference layering the #liverrescue369 on top of the #medicalmedium28daycleanse I've been doing. Welp, I just got my answer on Day 1 of #liverrescue: YES. This innocent looking snack just KICKED MY ASS. Literally had to sit down. And cry. Really glad I bailed on that party I said I'd go to. Omfg. Why are #apples so powerful?! Or is it the #dates?? Or is it the combo??? While l was grazing l got a sensation that I've had multiple times throughout this #28daycleanse. It's difficult to describe - a discomfort in my gut that feels both like I'm starving AND like I'm about to throw up.  It passed and then I got a headache which sucked, but was tolerable. Then I got what felt like heartburn, but low at the base of the sternum. That was also ok. Then it spread higher like mid sternum too. And it just kept getting worse and worse and worse. Add on a bit of chest tightness and some anxiety. And I was in tears. It all passed relatively quickly and now I'm left with a mild headache and mild discomfort in my chest. Really glad I opted for strong #lemonbalm for my tea tonight - it's steeping now. Feeling like this is all #neurological. 
When people don't get the cleanse I'm doing because it's "the same as how I always eat," they're missing that healing foods in quantity are powerful, transformative medicine. I haven't had apples in a little while because pears have been on sale. I gain a new PROFOUND respect for apples every time I do #the369.

I’m currently working to make some changes to my self care practices (more on that in my highlights) and I’m using the @doterra ladder of health to help me stand up and make the climb. Step 3 of that ladder is manage stress/rest. I’m actually waking up earlier to achieve this one but find that starting my day with calm alone time to be so beneficial. Currently I’m running the arise blend in my diffuser (great for opening the heart and getting things going), drinking water with a drop of lemon oil to wake up my body and start the day hydrated and fluid, meditating with my @practice.you deck in my mind and @eastforest’s album with @babaramdass in my ears (check it out on iTunes! So amazing!!) and capping the whole practice off with celery juice and journaling. It’s been a great and powerful practice to start my day. Then off to my second promise and step 2 of the ladder, move! What are your favorite ways to start the day? 🌿💚

I’d been researching @medicalmedium & CJ for a month or two. Need to be sure it’s the real deal, ya know?? After trying everything over the years only to get worse!

Years of suffering - testing, lab work, dr’s appts, urgent care visits, & no answers. I read that celery juice helps heal fatigue, adrenals, anxiety, digestive issues, headaches, & more. These were my main concerns, the surface of what I knew was going on.

May 6th, 2018: Day 1 of CJ. Immediately ordered MM’s 1st book, cut out every NO food, ordered supplements & herbs for my conditions, ditched my old lifestyle, did the 28 day cleanse, & from there this was it, the new life I’d been yearning for, I finally felt free & at home! That’s about 2/3 of my symptoms & conditions! I’m at battle w/ several viruses. Healing neurological fatigue, the adrenals (& whole body) & detoxing heavy metals take time! Need to be sure it’s the real deal, ya know?? After trying everything over the years only to get worse! ◌ Years of suffering - testing, lab work, dr’s appts, urgent care visits, & no answers. I read that celery juice helps heal fatigue, adrenals, anxiety, digestive issues, headaches, & more. These were my main concerns, the surface of what I knew was going on. ◌ May 6th, 2018: Day 1 of CJ. Immediately ordered MM’s 1st book, cut out every NO food, ordered supplements & herbs for my conditions, ditched my old lifestyle, did the 28 day cleanse, & from there this was it, the new life I’d been yearning for, I finally felt free & at home! I WAS GOING TO HEAL!!🙏🏼😭😄😻🥰🥰 ◌ I’d always felt SO unwell. So many ailments weighing me down day in & day out, often fearing for my life.
