Give this vegetable soup a try so fragrant and yummy 👌🏼

👉🏽 3-4 tbsp of oil.
👉🏽 1 red onion chopped.
👉🏽 3-4 raw carrots.
👉🏽 3-4 celery stocks.
👉🏽 1-2 yams.
👉🏽 1 cup fresh chopped spinach..
👉🏽 1 cup fresh chopped kale..
👉🏽 salt & pepper to taste. .
👉🏽 1 tbsp fresh garlic..
👉🏽 1 tbsp dry or fresh ginger..
👉🏽 1 tbsp ground coriander. .
👉🏽 1 tbsp turmeric. .
👉🏽 2.5 cups bone broth. .

Bring oil to a heat and add onions, sauté until translucent add carrots, celery and yams. Continuing stirring for 10 min. Add salt/pepper/garlic/ginger and all the spices. Cook for 20 min continue stirring under medium heat. Add kale, spinach and bone broth. One last stir and cover pot. Finish cooking under low heat for 40 min or until tender.
