Dave and I have been LOVING all the Korean food in Seoul. Literally everything we’ve had has been so delicious. We had this ‘army stew’ aka budae jjigae today after exploring the traditional Bukchon Hanok Village.
This dish is a hot pot that was made from surplus food from army bases so there’s is quite a lot of processed meat in here (hello spam) but it is a tray delicious mish mash of noodles, rice cakes, veggies, cheese, dumplings and kimchi. So so delicious
