Truly chewy keto bagels – you want them and I’ve got them! These bagels are low carb, nut-free, and take only 5 ingredients to make. Easy and delicious, they will take your healthy breakfast to a whole new level.⁣⁣

𝙊𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙨:⁣⁣
1 tsp sesame seeds⁣⁣
1 tsp poppyseed⁣⁣
1 tsp dried minced onion⁣⁣
1/2 tsp coarse salt⁣⁣
1 tbsp butter melted⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:⁣⁣
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a large baking sheet with a silicone liner. In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum. Set aside.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the cheese on high in 30 second increments until well melted and almost liquid. Stir in the flour mixture and the eggs and knead in the bowl using a rubber spatula.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Turn out onto the prepared baking sheet and continue to knead together until cohesive. Cut the dough in half and cut each half into 4 equal portions so that you have 8 equal pieces of dough. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Roll each portion out into a log about 8 inches long. Pinch the ends of the log together. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
In a shallow dish, stir together the sesame seeds, poppyseed, dried onion, and salt. Brush the top of each bagel with melted butter and dip firmly into the everything seasoning. Set back on the silicone mat.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until the bagels have risen and are golden brown. ⁣⁣

This one started out as a chili but it’s more of just a solid hearty winter soup 🥣 It makes a huge amount too so you should have plenty of leftovers 🙌🏻 AND we all know soup is better the day after anyway so you’ll be loving this one all week long ❤️

Ingredients:
-1 lb ground turkey
-1 package @wellshire sausage
-1 cup diced carrots
-1 red bell pepper diced
-1 orange bell pepper diced
-1/2 red onion diced
-3 zucchini squash diced
-1 large carton organic bone broth
-1 can full fat coconut milk
-1 can organic diced tomatoes
-4/5 minced cloves garlic
-1 bunch kale
-1 butternut squash (roasted or use frozen bag)
-2 tbsp chili powder
-1 tbsp cinnamon
-2 tbsp cumin
-1 tbsp paprika
-salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 
1. Add a little ghee or coconut oil to large stock pot and sauté onion and garlic for 3-4 mins. 
2. Add diced sausage and ground meat and brown
3. Add all seasonings 
4. Add all veggies and stir 
5. Add broth,coconut milk, diced tomatoes, shredded kale and spoon out the roasted butternut squash into clumps into the stew. If using a frozen bag just put frozen cubes in. 
6. Cover and simmer for an hour or until all ingredients are soft and fully cooked through.

Serve with sliced avocado 🥑 a pinch of course HP sea salt and a dollop of @kitehillfoods plain cream cheese or yogurt.
