I remember asking a professor in college once how long it took to be “good” at the violin. She said “10 years.” I looked at my peers who were performing beautifully and thought, “ Oh well, too late!”

My struggles are as real as these goggles,
Getting Back to Music is the easiest and most difficult journey I have embarked on in my life.
Let me explain, it’s easy because I do it effortlessly. I mean I have been singing since I was a baby and writing since I was nine even though I started off as a child by combining people’s lyrics from the old lyric books to make up my own songs when I couldn’t find the right words that rhymed lol. Music is everything to me! I can’t imagine life without music, no one can!
But then it’s the hardest because I do not have the luxury of time like I used to when I was younger. Sigh*
Now I basically have to allocate time to everything in my life.
As a mother of four, my life is busier than you can imagine but guess what? that’s not even close enough a reason not to work on my dreams.. I am DETERMINED!
I am doing Music with the whole of my heart and I will not stop till my songs are heard all over the world. Till I touch lives positively through my lyrics and somebody, somewhere, sometime stands up and says because of C-Mi i didn’t give up!
Stay strong, we’re all in this together.

“We’re from the small island country of Vanuatu. I don’t know anything about sports, but nobody else wanted to coach the team. So I volunteered. Special Olympics gave me a list of sports and I chose the long jump. But two of my athletes couldn’t jump. So we moved to the javelin throw. But that was too hard to throw, so now we’re competing in the shot put competition. When I first met Monick, she’d never really left her house before. She couldn’t look me in the eye. And she was afraid of the shot put. She’d drop it on the ground every time I handed it to her. She’d hide her hands behind her back. But I invited her whole family out to train with us. Everyone participated. And that gave her confidence. On days we weren’t training, her mother gave her coconuts and rocks to throw. When it was time to compete, nobody knew if she’d be able to get on the plane. She was so scared. She was crying and clinging to me the entire flight. Once we arrived, we had to drive straight to the stadium for qualifications. Everything was so new for her. She’d never left her island before. The stadium was so big and she had to go out on the field all by herself. On her first throw she forgot everything she learned. She dropped the shot put immediately and the referee raised a red flag for disqualification. But then she looked back at us. She calmed down. She remembered being back on the island with all her family. And she threw it so far on the second throw. When the white flag was raised, we all went crazy. It's a low carb wrap, burger cut in half to fit right, cheese, orange and yellow pepper rings, tiny bit of pickle, 1/4 of avocado mashed and a bit of BBQ sauce.
I paired it with cauliflower rice and oh man is it good!! I'll tell you the truth I used to eat alot of fast food burgers and fries and as fattening as they were I would be hungry an hour later.😲 How the 🤬 is that possible !!
When I make this at home not only is it totally satisfying but I'm full for hours. So even though fast food is easy and convienient why would you want to eat all those calories and then need more food a little while later. It took me a long time to realize this but I'm so glad I did.
So now I bring food with me when I go out so I'm not tempted by all the bad choices around me. Sometimes it may be annoying TBH but it's worth it.

заниматься спортом и при этом почему-то морда с жопой уже не становяться. А можно жрать по ночам шоколадки и худеть! В чем же секрет? Да фиг знает, это чудо господне, ребята...🤣
Ну ладно, конечно же регулярная физическая активность решает🏋️ и отказ от вредных привычек☝️! Курение, алкоголь и правильный обмен веществ - вещи несовместимые! Кушаем все, что любим и с удовольствием😋 Если хочется ночью навернуть десяток-два пельмешек, так вперёд же😂 Только при этом не ной и не жалей себя, что в очередной раз сорвалась и никогда теперь не похудеешь. Угрызения совести ни к чему хорошему не приведут. Твоя негативная мысль "возьмёт и отложит" эти пельмени в виде жира на твоей попе, уж поверь, но только если ты сама будешь её туда посылать. Это очень важно! Ведь мы сами себя программируем силой своей мысли, даже не придавая этому значения, а зря...
Мысль о желанном будущем приближает его в нашей реальной жизни и это работает😊🙏
