Preparing for 32 days of discipline alongside so many other empowering women. My nutrition goal is to eat all things besides sugar/dairy/processed grains. .
The journey isn’t going to be easssyyyy but it will be WORTH IT. Changing habits is HARD. Pushing yourself in those workouts is HARD. Controlling what we are eating is HARD. But man oh man, hard things produce some really incredible things in us! 
So lean in. When the workouts feel difficult, or you’d rather eat the office pizza than the lunch you packed... remember that we change most when things are difficult. “but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.”
