NUTRITION SERIES PART 1 - 
Be it the wedding season / holiday you want to go all out on / a heavy weekend binge , all of us want to avoid that extra bloating and bad hangover .  A short and fun interview with DR Binti Jhurani to provide basic solutions , obviously we can’t totally fix everything because having fun is important as well . 
Important pointers - 🥂Avoid speeding your drinks / unnecessary shots in the middle 🥂Keep eating small snacks to avoid getting drunk but make sure they’re healthy snacks - nuts , roasted food , salads etc 🥂Avoid unnecessary mixers that will cause a natural weight gain 🥂Keep drinking water in the middle to avoid getting drunk again 🥂Keep hydrated the next day and have 2-3 cups of ginger lemon tea 🥂Regular meals can be taken but keep your fibre levels high 🥂To reduce the hangover - have 2-3 bread toasts with curd and orange juice
