I actually hate meal prep. I feel like I could be doing so many other more important things with my time! And I find it so hard to think of new meals/options 😫 Before I opened @nutritionstationburleigh the extent of my meal prep was buying BBQ chickens and premade salads from the supermarket 😅

My point is even though I didn’t do “meal prep” I still found a way to stay on track. Planning ahead and being prepared is absolutely essential when it comes to achieving your goals. By having meals ready to go you are less likely to choose to eat something that is going to affect your progress. It also saves you from having to make MORE decisions (we already have to make so many everyday!).

So if you’re like me and don’t like meal prep or don’t have the time - outsource it! Buy your meals online (cue @nutritionstationburleigh plug 😂) or opt for convenience foods like microwave rice and veg, canned tuna, premade salads, ect. But don’t let it be ANOTHER excuse holding you back from achieving your goals!
