✨: At #APTACSM @motusspecialists and @physio_u did a lecture on foot and ankle strength, mobility and coordination deficits. One of the issues that people who struggle with foot and ankle pain is mobility deficits in big toe extension. Big toe extension is critical especially with running. Having adequate mobility is key because without it mechanics and faulty adaptions can occur.

✨: Just like how I used the split squat to improve big toe extension mobility and tolerance, here I am using the bear crawl positional hold.

1️⃣: Bear positional holds is a great way to improve stability to the hips, trunk and shoulders but also look at that big toe extension.
