6 weeks between these photos. I see some progress however I need to go heavier with my weights 💪 My waist is smaller though 😏 I am only doing cardio once a week......need to focus more on building muscle and keeping consistent with my food. Congratulations to all our athletes who competed in a great competition for our first round of School League in 2019🏋️♀️🏋️♂️💪👍 We had a few first time lifters, along with many returning to the platform.
With many fantastic lifts it is hard to pick the most notable performances however, two lifters that stood out for us are Phoenix Goodwin with a top performance with 6/6 lifts finishing with 50kg Snatch and 60kg Clean and Jerk for the trifecta setting new a Snatch, Clean and Jerk and Total, State and National record in the 49kg Class in the Under 15 and Youth age groups.
And Dexter Todd who also set a new Un15 State and National record in the Snatch, Clean and Jerk and Total in the 61kg class with 66kg Snatch and 83kg Clean and Jerk.
Congratulations to you both on a fantastic performance, we will see big things to come from both of you!
