  • @robing75 This one is for you. An example of tonight's dreadmill run and the #playlist I used. I put my playlist music on shuffle and was excited these were the ones that cued up. Definitely in my top faves to run to. @skilletmusic and @shinedown are a necessity on my list. They are an absolute must for me (even though today's didn't cue Skillet, my longer runs have to have them). Picking the right playlist for yourself is so important! For myself, it can make or break a workout. I know some will argue that you shouldn't rely on music, but I play music for absolutely everything. It's just part of who I am. So #youdoyou and keep making healthy choices. That's the bottom line. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #playlistiseverything #irun #ilift #fitmom #goalsinsight #momofteens #myrelease #mytherapy @robing75 This one is for you.   • Back, chest and some light cardio done! 💪💪💪💪 This round of  @madeline_moves #Tightertogether I really want to try to push my weights since I feel like I'm getting comfortable where I am. I love challenging myself!  Loving the first week so far!! So fun meeting so many new people that are doing this with me! Everyone is so nice and so motivating!! I also noticed that I feel a little "old" haha.. where are my over 40 tight together friends??? 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ Is this your first challenge?
