餅店Shanslate Studio 終於重出江湖啦!正所謂「休息是為要行更長嘅路」,無錯,佢哋休息過後,第一波研發出嚟嘅,就係𠵱座貝類蛋糕仔花塔。

第一次親眼見到𠵱座山嘅時候,心底裡真係「哇」咗出聲。「哇」出聲嘅原因,真係好奪目。其實唔算叫好高,送俾人生日的話,主角拎住嚟影相係啱啱好,唔會太大或者太細。而賣相同感覺上都覺得,若然「收蛋糕個個女仔唔靚,或者性格硬淨一啲,真係收到𠵱個蛋糕都會覺得尷尬。成座嘢都好Pinku 同Girly(JM Tone)

眼見到嘅,佢係由好多唔食得嘅新鮮玫瑰花夾埋35粒以白朱古力鋪面,白朱古力底部係紅絲絨Madeleine貝殼蛋糕所造成。而個圓錐體係唔食得嘅,所以整體嚟講,可以食到嘅部分相信係唔夠一磅嘅蛋糕。貝殼蛋糕造形本身可以幫助到座山,增強美感,但白朱古力部分太厚身,成粒啪,只會感覺好似食緊出奇蛋咁,或者會似齋食緊90%嘅朱古力咁,反而令至貝殻蛋糕毫無存在感,嘥咗。所以若然朱古力係脆身薄身啲,再加啲粒粒杏仁係蛋糕入面,相信會幫助到少少。

性價比方面,以食到嘅部分去評,我哋只可以俾到中下,因為真係可以食到嘅部分太少,口感亦較為普通,相比佢哋成名作威士忌雲石蛋糕,真係有啲距離。但若果以賣相呃Like度嘅angle去睇,可以俾中上,因為真係手作錢。(餅主要用整一個蛋糕再多嘅時間,加上又用新鮮花,真係手工蛋糕)。所以溝埋嚟除二的話,今次性價比俾中啦。同埋,我哋覺得𠵱款花塔,當然可以用嚟做生日蛋糕,但我哋認為送嚟做結婚、Bridal Shower、新店開張可能再會適合一啲。其實母親節都就到,都可以考慮吓𠵱個買嚟影相。

講到佢哋休息後出咗𠵱個第一波「貝殻蛋糕塔」後,當然就有第二波啦,就係有新口味白蘭地焦塘岩鹽!有機會,再介紹!

🌱 As a raw food chef, Moy is conscious about his ingredients, and by being involved in the whole process from seed to harvest, Moy ensures that his family can enjoy safe, clean food with minimal agrochemicals👨🏼‍🌾.

🌱 Having a garden is also a perfect learning opportunity for his children to be more aware about nature, climate change and food. His daughter Naomi has learned how food is grown from composting, planting and watering. "Gardening is a great way to educate kids about nature, the environment and what we can do to protect it."

🌱 Moy is an intrepid gardener, and enjoys experimenting with many different varieties, especially discovering new herbs and ingredients to experiment to grow and add into his meals. He currently has White Russian Kale, Vates Kale, Lacinato Kale, Cherry Tomatoes, Avocado, Moringa, Dragonfruit, Lime, Sage, Basil, Cuban Oregano, Bay, Micro-Greens (broccoli, alfalfa, radish)! He's also tried planting Goji Berry but it did not work out...next time perhaps!

🌱 Moy's greatest challenges are the heavy rains, and bugs and birds that attack his garden, but great reward comes with overcoming these with patience as Moy is able to have fresh greens on his plate almost every day.

🌱 What's Moy's tip for anyone looking to grow their own food? Grow something you are going to eat and ENJOY - Start small and gradually expand your garden, and don’t forget to compost your organic waste – it’s the best ingredient for healthy soil and plants.
