The Letter M
M is for Mindfulness!

Everyone practices mindfulness a little differently - some people meditate, some read every night, some start their morning with yoga.  Mindfulness and Wellbeing go hand in hand.  Being mindful of what you put in your body, how much sleep you are getting, how much activity you are taking part in, and how often you socialize are all key in an overall healthy lifestyle and body.  Everybody is different, so it may take some time to find and adequate balance for yourself. 
If you feel like you're completely out of a state of mindfulness, try starting with one single thing that you don't break a promise to yourself on.  Don't try doing 10 new things at once.  It could be making sure you climb 10 flights of stairs every day, or drink at least 2 liters of water a day, or even giving a stranger a compliment every day. 
Find balance for yourself, and you can help find balance for your brain!  Your chiropractor can also help with this brain balance by working with you to align your nervous system.  How do you practice mindfulness?
