It’s no surprise I’ve started following @f_factor at this point. I’ve lost quite a handful of followers which was anticipated but I made the decision to share my journey rather than keep this from you all. I understand that there is some controversy for some about F-Factor. Some people think that because it’s technically a “diet” it’s unhealthy. If you don’t find this way of eating sustainable then no I wouldn’t suggest it. But for me this has been the balance I’ve been longing for. I don’t really know what I’m trying to say other than that you don’t have to be following F-Factor to follow me.  I am still posting whole real foods just including tons of fiber, which everyone can benefit from some extra fiber and of course real food! All my meals will be F-Factor approved but they are also meals that I would have made before just without the F-Factor label. Any concerns you might have I’m happy to address! Anyway I hope you all still enjoy my content as much as I do creating it!

Homemade Cinnamon Waffles: 
1 egg
3 tbsp. almond milk 
1 tbsp. agave 
1/4 cup almond flour 
2 tbsp. cassava flour
1 tsp. @simplyorganicfoods ceylon cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder 
Optional: 1 tbsp. cacao nibs, 1/2 tsp. maca powder, 1 scoop collagen, and 1 tsp. ground chia seeds.
Directions: Whisk together the egg and milk, then stir in the rest of the ingredients! I topped mine with melty PB, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and extra cinnamon ✨

I toasted up a @sietefoods cassava flour tortilla in a pan with @chosenfoods avocado oil, then filled it to the BRIM with steak, avo🥑, and alllll the fixings including @sietefoods hot sauce and @kitehillfoods almond milk yogurt as “sour cream”.
