  • Yesterday’s meat free Monday budda bowl filled with my homemade @creativenature hemp falafel, kidney beans, butternut squash, broccoli, beetroot, avocado & hummus on a bed of quinoa & edamame then sprinkled with more @creativenature hemp seeds! 🌱🥑 So tasty, so filling and filled with all the carbs, proteins & fats for the perfect meal! -

The falafel were so easy to make too! For 20 falafel balls I put -
- 1 can chickpeas, 2 tbsp @creativenature hemp seeds,
1 garlic clove, 1/2 red onion with some parsley & coriander in the @thenutribullet until there all broken up! -
- I then mixed that all into a bowl with, 2 tbsp of buckwheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, sea salt, black pepper & some water along with a tbsp olive oil -
- Once all combined together I rolled 20 balls in my hands & placed onto a baking try in the oven for 15 minutes until they’d browned up! -
