How can i start???
The session tonight was amazing, all this energy that I felt tonight OMG 🎉🎉🔥🔥🔥. Tonight it was a challenge to upgrade the level of the session. This choreography I used to teach it 8 years ago in Europe for dancers. Tonight I would like to share with you a part of my background, thanks to this kind of choreography which made me travel and share my dance in different countries in the world.
We used to keep the session really easy but sometimes it’s good also to have some challenges. So no worries usually it’s much easier with some moves that we repeat 😊. Tonight it was something different and all of you did a great job 🔥🔥 congrats everyone, I am really proud of you 🙏❤️.We gonna keep the same energy on Wednesday with @chrisbrownofficial theme.
Be free to join us beginners are most welcome 😊
Volume up 😂 go skate day edit coming soon. We had a blast. @imalwayseatonshit is hilarious and took home best street trick and deathmatch. @pistolpetesk8s took it home for best mini ramp trick. Thanks for coming out 🍻
What an absolutely awesome return to training after a nice three day rest.
Deadlifts felt really really good tonight for the first time in a very long time. .
DEADLIFT VIDEO - the left vid shows my deads at 120kg on June 5th... The vid on the right is tonight's effort at 125kg (70% of my sumo max). Really focusing on pinning the lats back and down; and then really holding my back nice and firm before pushing up from the quads instead of just yanking at the bar and pulling from my back and shoulders resulting in so much of a rounded spine.
SQUAT VID - this is another area that I'm really working on; fine tuning the smaller details. After watching more of the @calgarybarbell youtube vids regarding bar positioning; I'm working on getting my scapula to fix into the centre of my back and then pushing my shoulders and lats down rather than have them hunch up into my neck. This; tied in with how close I have my elbows pinned to my sides, and effectively trying to bend the bar around my back; is having a huge effect on how solidly I am holding my upper body throughout the movement. Put that together with the focus on my core; hip drive and foot placement/anchoring and everything is slowly but surely becoming way more effective. .
All in all a damn fine night of training! .
