  • BACK at it again with the #gymshark66 posts! A little back and abs for those of you who want to achieve that hourglass frame! I don’t have it, but hopefully a few more workouts like these and I’ll get there😂😉 It’s day 23 of 66 and I’m still adjusting to filming in the gym and trying out workouts that are out of my comfort zone! If I get anything out of this challenge (besides being happier and healthier) I hope it’s that other people will see that there isn’t one type of “gym” body and also that if I can do it, you can do it!

4.  12 reps
5. 20 reps (10 each side)
No break in between exercises, then take a one minute break and repeat (3 to 4 times)

I haven’t trained legs in over a week so it was about time... even though today’s workout consisted solely of the cable machine it was still 🔥⠀

3-4 sets of each, AMRAP⠀
▪️ 10 minute incline walk⠀
▪️RDLs⠀
▪️cable kick backs (drop set last set)⠀
ss⠀
▪️cable abductors⠀
▪️sumo squats w/ pulse ⠀
▪️single leg RDLs⠀
▪️Abs⠀
▪️20 minute walk on treadmill ⠀
