  • 🤰🏼 ON THE LEFT: Me. 7/6/2018 - overdue at “a million years pregnant” - my son wouldn’t be born for nearly another two weeks!

💥💥💥 Currently reading @msrachelhollis #girlstopapologizing and it is giving me A L L the feels! As a new mom to an 8 month old baby who works FULL time teaching high school and has a side hustle in the health/wellness/fitness industry (see the link in my bio!) - it has been a s.t.r.u.g.g.l.e. adjusting and readjusting to life every few weeks. I get messages from women frequently saying, “I can’t do that. You make it look so easy.” Full transparency: NONE of this has been easy. ALL of it has been worth it. I have HELP. I am blessed with a great fiancé and father to my son who watches him so I can get up and hour early to go to the gym. He takes care of the laundry. He watches him so I can teach my group fitness classes and coach my clients. I don’t always eat perfectly, but I use a nutrition system that makes it easy for me to stay on track and spend more time with my family and less time in the kitchen. The key to getting into the best physical, mental, and emotional shape of your life is to be ADAPTABLE. Seek help when you need it. Let others know that behind every success, there were a million failures. Do not give up. Set your priorities and your goals. Pursue them relentlessly. Find a support team to help you get there. You got this! It took me 8 months to get here. This did not happen overnight.
