One last booty selfie for 2018 I guess, one more year doing hip thrusts and this is what happened, let's see what 2019 will bring. Also watched @bretcontreras1 's video about the statement that the hip thrust must be considered a main lift and I totally support it. The hip thrust is the best glute exercise in my opinion (and I believe I'm not the only one) and it not only helped me grow my glutes but it helps me getting stronger with the other main lifts. I do my squats,deadlifts,bench,OHP and dips, but also #thethrustisamust 🍑
