Do you ever get so deep in your thoughts that you realize how much of a miracle it is that everything happened at the exact time in the right place for your life to be the exact way it is right now? All of the amazing people I know, places I’ve been, opportunities I’ve experienced—this universe is just mind-blowing ☾⠀
Never in my life would I have thought I’d be where I am today—a confident, happy, healthy woman who has a strong mind and loves herself (most days 🙃) and though I know I built this life for myself, I can’t help but to think that I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for this handsome guy. ⠀
Serif is the reason I got into weight lifting, which changed my life. If we didn’t meet, maybe I would still be the girl obsessed with how many calories I burned each day and who forced herself to be a runner (even though my whole body & mind was like bishhh plz stop this shit).⠀
Apparently I’m deep in my feels today, but I’m just feeling extra grateful and content with this life that I’ve created ♡⠀

Today’s workout: 10min stairmaster warmup, then hiit.
6 rounds of hiit: 10 bosu burpees w/chest press, 10 each leg side box step ups, 15 jumping jacks, 10 bicep curls, 10 wall ball squats, 10 jumping jacks, 30 mountain climbers, and 40 bag punches!
Little rest in between each set... had to dig deep today 💪🏻
