  • #guacamole casero.
#guacamole casero. • #EATHCRecipe It's pulled beef and rice & beans bowl for dinner tonight. This is the leftover pulled beef brisket that I made for taco (see Mexican Shredded Beef on @recipe_tin) that I served with rice and beans which is rice + tinned black beans + diced onions + smoked paprika + coriander powder + vegetable stock into the rice cooker, guacamole (avocado + tomatoes, + fresh coriander + diced onion + garlic powder + lime juice + salt), grated carrots, diced tomatoes and topped with diced onion as more coriander leaves. It was very satisfying. I have been storing meat sauces by packing it as airtight as possible while still hot into jam jars and put the lid on. Once it cools down the lid creates a vacuum seal and it can live in the fridge happily for a few weeks without having to freeze it and have that yucky watery thawed sauce. I suspect it might last longer but I haven't been game to try. Do this at your own risk though. #eatallthehomecooking #eathcrecipe It's pulled beef and rice & beans bowl for dinner tonight.
