  • From sweets to savoury, @wellzonesgf has it all! A completely gluten free cafe that caters for everyone. All of the dishes are also refined sugar free (using maple syrup as a sweetener) and use no artifical colours or flavours or preservatives. Not only this, but there are a large range of vegan and vegetarian options as well!
The sweets were all amazing, tasting naughty but actually good for you 😍 The winter stew was so warming, full of great spices & meat that dissolved in your mouth instantly 🤤 such a refreshing wrap, with lettuce wraps rather than bread for that extra healthy aspect! The sliders were all a pop of flavour, my favourite being the chicken with the crispy almond crumb 😍 the poke bowl was so tasty, with so much flavour in the salad & the crispy chicken on top. No matter what you order here, you’ll surely love it!

  • I'm loving all the fresh summer produce right now! This #Vegan Cheesy Veggie Stuffed Spaghetti Squash Recipe is on the blog and it was a crowd pleaser last weekend at our camping trip! If you like to camp, this dish is perfect prepared in advance, wrapped in foil, and placed on your grill in a small pan to heat up for a healthy dinner! I like them when I'm not #camping too of course! I'm loving all the fresh summer produce right now! It's Summer !!! And no summer is complete without Mangoes. Inspired by @radhavallabha.mumbai of Yogi Plate and to celebrate Panihati Festival, offered Flattened Rice (a.k.a Poha or Chida) with Yogurt and Mangoes. Growing up, Doi Chire - was a regular feature at our home - either with bananas or mangoes or just plain. Added a dash of saffron and cardamom powder , coz I am always xxxxxtraaaaa......

My version :

Wash about half cup of flattened rice (poha) in running water and then let it soak in water for 2-3 mins. Squeeze and drain the Poha from the water. Washing it in a big sieve is recommended. In a separate bowl add a cup of yogurt, fresh mango pulp, some sugar or Jaggery (optional), small pinch of crushed saffron and a small pinch of cardamom powder. Before serving/ eating, mix the Poha in the yogurt mix. Top with more mango pieces. Offer and serve with love. .

P.S. - I served it as a parfait in a glass.
Bottom layer - Poha, topped with mango pulp, and final layer of yogurt. Garnished with chopped mangoes and a sprig of mint.
