🔥The best foods to build muscle🔥 by @dancudes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If you want to build lean muscle mass, what you eat is paramount to your results. Now, before people comment on the lack of certain food items, keep in mind I wanted to make these foods more snack-like items as I feel there is a lack of posts on muscle building snacks. Ideally, the best foods are those that are both nutrient and caloire-dense as we need to intake enough calories, preferably in a slight surplus of calories, to support protein synthesis. Some of the best foods include: bananas (super convenient and high in calories and carbs. Make for a good post workout snack), cashews (high in calories, but also healthy fats and protein. I've been having about 1/4 cup as a snack for the last few weeks, making it easy to get additional calories in), fruit (probably the best pre and post-workout food as it is high in healthy sugars to help fuel your workout, but also replenish your glycogen stores post-workout), peanut butter (aside from being the most delicious food on the planet, it is also one of the best mass builders due to its caloric load per serving), protein shakes (if needed, an additional protein bump could serve you well to support protein synthesis . Shakes are a convenient way to get your protein in), and coffee (though there is no caloric benefit, there are certainly performance benefits when taken pre-workout). You got to fuel your body with the right foods to build lean muscle tissue.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
