First impressions can be wrong. 🤦♀️ What I thought at first was so wrong and now I'm grateful you are on my life!😌
Thank you for being there!
Thank you for the shoulder to cry on.
Thank you for attentiveness.
Thank you for the hugs.
Thank you for the smiles.
Thank you for showing me that there's plenty of people who truly care!!!
Yeah – I am an MLM’er. ‘GASP’ Scary right?
‘I hope she doesn’t sell me every time we talk.’
‘I’m afraid to read her messages.’
I get it – I was once on your side of the fence. I have many friends that MLM, and like any good MLM’er, they’ve reached out to me. I’d cringe when I’d see a new notification from them. I’d leave the message unread for several hours, if not days. (sorry yall). 😬
When the same friends kept showing up and doing their thing, I became curious enough to research. I started with Mary Kay… turns out pink Cadillacs aren’t for me… Thank goodness for Facebook and the creepy way it tracks your google searches I found my coach the very next day. .
I started coaching as a hobby because I believed in the product. I justified it with ‘well if I can help at least one person, I’d pay for my own supplies.’ Two years later this my actual job (that’s right naysayers J.O.B.)
This work isn’t for everyone. It takes a great amount of patience, belief (in yourself and the product), grit… a giant amount of interpersonal skills, leadership, sales, and passion… to sum it up, it isn’t easy.
Do you believe in yourself? Can you motivate, inspire, give out tough love? Are you ready to change your life? Are you willing to take a leap of faith with a new kind of “JOB”? .
There’s a thousand ways to live life, the truth about it: It’ll be cold outside no matter what you choose to do.
There’s a link in my bio for the big dreamers out there.
What kind of friends do you surround yourself with? The kind that support you and make you laugh or the ones who make fun of you and tell you it might be too hard or impossible to achieve.
Its time to explore the friendships and the people around you.
Like @oprah said once “Surround yourself only with people who are going to take you higher”
In the hardest moments when you think you are alone there is always an angel who makes you laugh. Just like this note that a beautiful friend left for me.
I’m thankful and grateful for her.
Tag those incredible friends that are there in the good and not so good.
So now we must cling tightly to the hope that lives within us, knowing that GOD always keeps his promises! Discover creative ways to encourage others and to motivate them toward acts of compassion, doing beautiful works as expressions of love. This is not the time to pull away and neglect meeting together, as some have formed the habit of doing, because we need each other! In fact, we should come together even more frequently, eager to encourage and urge each other onward as we anticipate that day dawning.
Hebrews 10:23-25 TPT
Who's in your circle?
We all need those special people in our lives that pull the good things out of us not the bad things, right? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I'm grateful for my friends that keep me grounded and make me a better person. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have my first "non family" guest to stay. My friend Dawn, flew over from the USA to stay with her other friends in London.. And came up here for two days. Haven't seen or spoken to her for at least 7 years. I met her off the train in Newcastle yesterday.. Nothing has changed .. 😍. We had a fabulous evening in Newcastle last night. Today didn't go as planned because when we arrived home last night. I saw a leak mark on my living room ceiling arrrgghhhh a radiator in bathroom above is leaking. So we had to wait for man to come out. At least we had a time ish. Between 12 and 6pm.. (he just phoned, on his way 10 minutes). So luckily we had a chance to walk in the sun on the beach. Dawn even got into Seaglass collecting. She even knew when it was "cooked enough". Not sea glassy enough.. 😍. She enjoyed it. #friendships#friendsaroundtheworld#walkingonthebeach👣 #walkwithfriend#beachwalking#seaglasscollecting#collectingseaglass#cresswellbeach#february2019#februarywalk#2019
