Apparently I have 3 massive rhubarb bushes in our new yard! This makes me super excited about life!
Rhubarb is one of my fav snacks and fav things to bake with. And! Both snack & baking will fit into my nutrition plan! 🥰
Anyone else looking forward to garden fresh season?

🍍 Love living on land that provides us with pineapple, Meyer lemons, and grapefruit! Makes me thankful for all this rain we’ve been getting! 🍍🍍🍍Mainlanders! Grow your own easy! I wish I would have done this when I was living in Oregon! Buy 1, eat it (obviously)! Save the top. Put in soil. Water, give love and voila! You too can enjoy your own baby pineapple! .... it takes time so be patient. This baby took about a year. .
SO EXCITED. I’m adding onions to my vegetable garden this year, and was super excited to read that onions do best they the temperate is cool when they start to grow, and warm as they mature. For onions, early planting is important because it gives your onions plenty of time to grow tops and to store a lot of energy in the leaves for the bulbs and be ready when Mother Nature lets the plant know it’s time to make bulbs. 🌱🌱🌱🌱
It’s definitely beginning to feel like spring! ————————————————————————-
We always do tomatoes, peppers, and herbs, but we’ve also done zucchini, cucumbers and eggplant. What’s your favorite veggie to grow? What else should I add this year?!
