  • Shoutout to rugby athlete @__yathu for the progress he has made in the last 2 months.
_______
So if you’ve been following his progress on my page he has not only increased his strength, but has also shed +5kgs. Simple changes into his eating habits, increases in training & just being consistent has allowed him to get to where he is.
_______
Nothing ever good comes easy. The journey for performance & fitness is all about the 1st step.
_______
Wishing him good luck for his rugby trial match this Sunday 🙌
_______
PS. Yathu you seem happier with chest hair 😂 Shoutout to rugby athlete @__yathu for the progress he has made in the last 2 months. _______ So if you’ve been following his progress on my page he has not only increased his strength, but has also shed +5kgs. “So after my 250km @trail_to_triumph last year I took 4 weeks off to let the body recover then broke my toe and had 8 weeks off and slowly trying to get a run in when I can. My focus this year has really taken a shift from my ultras and marathons to keeping general fitness and working on strength and form. The last few weeks thats all taken the back seat for the kids sport. Seeing the kids with such passion for their sports (touch, Oztag, soccer, cross country, hockey) and currently taking up 5 days a week and as from next week 6 days a week has been amazing. Last week my sons Touch Football team didn’t have a coach or team manager so my daughter and I went and completed our coaching course. It was a pretty extreme jump for me to go from never playing touch and only watching for 3 years to reading Coaching material, some great training on Sunday, and setting my daughter up with some excellent drills and skills to coach effectively. This was a great opportunity for bonding and a huge benefit to my eldest son. Last minute, they managed to get one of the Brisbane Touch Academy players to coach with my daughter co-Coaching, and I’ve taken on the Team Manager role. We still completed the course as it was still a highly beneficial day. Kids sport for 2019!” WELL DONE Jarod and Ella on their contribution to kids sports and successfully completing their Coaching course!
