  • When you watch films for #football weather its you or the other teams, stay focus on preparing yourself and see where you can improve. -
Do not watch films to compare yourself to other players or team, otherwise you lose your focus on what you need to do in order to bring your A game to the table on game day!

The most difficult skill isn't dribbling past 10 players, it's being intelligent and making the correct decisions!   • Great balance exercise from @valenciacf and @1on1si. This is a fantastic drill that focuses on performing different movements you would perform in a match while also being on one leg. Almost the whole entire game of football is played on one leg, so training on unstable surfaces and also on 1 leg can help you prevent injuries, develop greater balance to hold of defenders, and have a greater range of motion. Your shooting will also improve as when you shoot, you are on 1 leg. Hope you guys took something away from this, let me know if you did! ❤️ Great balance exercise from @valenciacf and @1on1si. Guys! Tomorrow, February 18th, I will be holding a small Training Center for players in Southern California. If you are free, come down and train! We will be focusing on Technique (obvi) and Decision Making as I will design thought provoking exercises where we will be in small groups working in tight spaces. It doesn’t matter what level you play, if you want to learn and grow as a player, I want to work with you. The numbers will be relatively small, as I will be the only Trainer at this Center. So get a spot ASAP! ⬇️
