  • OATMEAL COOKIE BAKED OATS 🥰💛 Nothing like some cozy baked oatmeal for a Sunday morning 💯 Who else is crazy for dates? I buy Medjool dates at @costco and love adding them to oats, stuffing them with nut butter or just snacking on them plain 🤤 Chop a few up and work amazingly in these oatmeal cookie oats, or you could sub raisins if you prefer. 
Happy Sunday! Relax and enjoy ☀️☺️ HOW TO 👉🏼 You’ll need:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats (I like to soak mine overnight then drain for easier digestion)
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
3 TB milk of choice
1 TB almond butter of choice
1 tsp coconut sugar 
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash of nutmeg 
2 TB chopped Medjool dates or raisins

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 
Grease a 6 oz ramekin or any small oven safe dish with coconut oil. Pour mixture in. Top with chopped walnuts if desired.
