I have a friend that has been telling me I need to make freezer meals for years now! She has told me all about the time and money I will save if I’d just do it! I always said that my galley style kitchen is the size of a shoe box (like for real guys, when we got new counter tops 3 years ago the company asked me if the granite I was ordering was for a bathroom 😆) and I didn’t see how I could make it work. Today, with some help from my sister, @kasie.dawn I was able to knock out almost 30 freezer meals with zero waste! It was overwhelming at moments but since it was my first time making them I’m certain that all that I learned today will make it easier the next go round. Maybe you’ve said the same thing. I’m here to tell you it CAN be done! So for the next month you’ll find me lounging on the couch, catching up on my favorite shows, while my complete meal reheats in the crockpot or oven. And that date is Saturday 6th of April 2019. •
I am so beyond excited to be hosting my first workshop, I absolutely love photographing food and I want to share my knowledge and expereince with everyone! Sharing is caring right?! •
I have a beautiful location booked which is the perfect backdrop for the workshop. There will be a crazy amount of delicious homemade food, sweet treats by local bakers and of course lots of locally sourced tea, coffee and wine. •
There will be an abundance of props to style with, there will be a big beautiful table for us to enjoy a shared lunch (after we photograph it!!) and there will be loads of time to talk all things photography with our new friends! •

Dinner for one tonight while Pavle is back home with his family. I was really craving something fresh, healthy, and easy so I roasted some sweet potato, carrots 🥕 broccoli 🥦 beets, and garlic and served them over some mixed salad leaves drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Really tasty, super healthy, happy me 😊

I just love a good healthy salad. This recipe is quick, easy, healthy, and vegetarian! Great for nights when you’ve had a long day in the office and still want a nutritious bite! ::
Ingredients: English cucumber, Roma tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, olive oil, lime, salt and pepper. ::
Instructions: cut up 1/2 English cucumber, 1/2 red onion, 2 Roma tomatoes and mix together. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 lime, and then add pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!!!
