Today I appreciate the sunshine and blue sky outside my window, and how amazing it feels to see the world come back to life after the winter months.
I appreciate how everything is working out for me and I appreciate my inner guidance system that I can always rely on in guiding me and letting me know what’s true for me and what isn’t.

Hard times leave us feeling weak and hopeless. But that’s no reason to stay down for long. No matter what you’re going through in life, there have been people just like you who have gone through the same thing or worse and come out stronger out if it. It’s a time to be strong and never give up.
Being strong isn’t just about being able to get through tragedy, its also about preparing yourself for the tests that will come your way further in life. Its about developing the emotional and mental toughness that will allow us to not only get through tragedy and overcome pain ourselves – but allow us to be a beacon of strength for others.
One of my favourite motivational speakers once said :
“Character isn’t something you were born with and can’t change, like your fingerprints. It’s something you weren’t born with and must take responsibility for forming.”
Diversity is the spice of life. Everyone comes to earth to do their own thing. Don’t listen to anyone who thinks you should be anything other than authentic. Not being true to yourself is a lie.
Be weird, rock your inner nerdiness because everyone is a nerd about something! 🤓
Taking the plunge can seem scary but the moment always passes. We’ve all had to do things which scared us, but still we survived. Fear can be a misuse of the mind. What are you scared of anyway? Your own validation & joy is all that matters.

Downdog elongates and releases tension from your spine
*Opens the hips & shoulders

*Improves digestion, and fatigue
*As a mild inversion it calms the nervous system and relieves stress.

Innezuhalten und alles setzen zu lassen, hilft einerseits, die aktuelle Situation richtig einzuschätzen und eine mögliche Reaktion bewusst zu wählen, andererseits merken wir aus der Distanz oft, dass sich die Angelegenheit für uns erledigt hat, wir gar nichts mehr zu tun brauchen.

It has been 6 months since I have been in creation. Today felt like a new beginning being back in a room choreographing. As artists, we often feel like we always have to keep moving forward in our work, mostly because of the fear that our artistry will be lost or forgotten. We hustle through, taking on every opportunity knowing we may be wearing ourselves too thin. I have learned that in order to truly evolve in my artistry, sometimes a pause in action is absolutely necessary. We need to give ourselves the breathing room to plant new seeds so that we can come back restored with a fresh, new perspective. I am so happy to be back home doing what I love. The time away was truly a gift. Thank you to this beautiful soul of an artist for dancing with me today. Reconnecting with your talent and energy is always inspiring!🦋🦋🦋 #grateful@zsakirakian ❤

Today I ate a croissant for morning tea...and it was so delicious, I enjoyed every mouthful...
Yeah I know.. big deal right? Who cares? You may be thinking why is she sharing this?
I’m sharing this because of the years its taken for me to get to balance...between being as healthy as I can, WITHOUT obsession, perfectionism, restriction & guilt...
Some think balance is a load of BS, I think not...because thinking black and white has never worked for me...what about you? Admittedly I am meticulous about my health because I truly care about my body and I want it to function optimally for as long as possible. So yes I do eat the healthiest I possibly can, but these days it’s completely from self-love. I don’t follow rules or perfection, and I always pull myself up if I feel I’m heading that way...
Even though I generally always eat wholefoods, I allow myself treats, I have removed labels of what are called ‘crap foods’.
I listen to my body.
Have I got it nailed? Hell no! I do have days where I am worried about what I have eaten, but my self-awareness kicks in and I regain perspective
The greatest wisdom I can share angel is to always follow your intuition when it comes to anything, including the foods you put into your body. Your head is not an accurate guide. Your gut is...its your second brain and it just knows...Yes knowing nutrition is fantastic, having knowledge is great, but we can easily get bombarded with conflicting messages on this platform. Food was never meant to be this complicated. We forget how wise our own bodies are, and when we are truly in tune with our body on a deep cellular level, it has a way of communicating what we need ❤️ trust it
I don’t know about you but that feels like a much lighter, more free way of living, yeah?
I’ve been thinking a lot about my energetic exchanges with people. I’m a giver, always have been, but I am consistently reminding myself that not all of my energetic exchanges are healthy, nor do they serve me well. I’ve been experiencing a lot of imbalance, where what I’m putting out, I am not receiving in return. This has left me somewhat deflated, running on empty a lot of the time. Sometimes it takes emptiness to shake us awake and realise that we need to put ourselves first before we can serve others; fill our tanks so to speak. It also reminds us that we cannot help everyone, and sometimes the bravest and best thing we can do is say no. We all deserve the love that we give others and it’s something I must remind myself of often. The battle between shadow and light is real. It’s not about eliminating the shadow, but finding a balance so the battle is no longer there. Learning to live in duality and loving myself more, happy Saturday 🙏🏼 #theblisscoach#authenticself
As I sit down and sift through all I need to prepare, trying to describe The Treasure Map in three words. It was truly difficult.
You see, it offers so much yet asks for so little. Well, it asks you to give up your grievances, for they simply hide the truth within: the belief you are separate from God.
It is this one thought that is the true cause of every problem in the illusion of time. From a cheating partner to cancer, or from a lack of confidence to dwindling cash flow. Every lack and issue you face in the world of form stems from the one true cause: the belief you gave up God to play god yourself as the specialness of the ego-self.
God is within you. Hidden underneath those layers of darkness that keep the belief in separation as being a truth for you. It is not real. You are not separate from Perfect Love. But you dream you are.
It is time to return to your truth. You are perfect, peaceful, and powerful, it is time to be empowered, and to heal to awaken. You heal in Oneness not separateness! ❤️💫
