When you feel like you’re stuck on something, or attempting to climb up a hill of sand, change your focus. We often self-impose some unrealistic deadlines that can leave us frustrated, spinning our wheels. The best thing you can do in that situation is to take a short break and focus on something else. 🤔

Perhaps it’s a 10 minute walk outside, maybe a 5 minute social media break laughing at animal videos, or maybe it’s switching gears entirely to a different project. It could even be a mixture of these things depending on the day! 🤩

The point is, there’s no use in struggling against yourself. Sometimes we need to stop procrastinating and keep working, but when you’ve been at it for hours, you’re going to need a break. Be kind to yourself when this happens. Coming back refreshed, even if only after a short break, will do wonders for your productivity. 🤓🙌🏼
