Many activities we do throughout the day can be bad for our bodies (smart phone neck, sitting in front of a computer or in a car for a long time) 😯 In becoming a mom there's been a lot of new activities that's put strain on my back and neck like picking baby 👶🏻 up and breast feeding 🤱🏻 to name a few.   • Feeling SO blessed! What an amazing gift to receive upon my return home from India! Thanks @crazyasiayoga & @rollgahealth for looking out! My body needed some loving 💖 after a 2-day trek home from Rishikesh, which involved 3 flights and multiple sleeps in airports and planes ✈️💺😴 This foam roller was absolutely perfect! I’m kind of obsessed with rolling it down my spine... can’t exactly say the same for my IT bands! But hey, my body feels amazing afterwards! Thank you thank you! Feeling SO blessed!   • Thank you, Instagram filters, for the ability to give this exhausted momma a little more life in her face today. #sotired 😂 My oldest was up before dawn with the stomach bug and we ended up waking up my youngest through the consequential stomach bug events.😩So, while they’re both napping (#momwin), I really wanted to nap, too, but I knew it’d probably be my only opportunity to roll in peace.🤣Looks like we won’t make it to the gym today for some more spin recovery...we’ll keep our germs out of the YMCA daycare. #yourewelcome 🤪

On another note, I’m really liking my new roller my hubby got me this week for our anniversary. It vibrates, making the rolling of my IT bands a little more tolerable, and also works great as a foot massager! 🙌 Swipe for a video of how much it dances across the floor...the thing isn’t quiet but it’s got some power!🙉👌 Have a great weekend, everyone, and best of luck to all you RunDisney Princess racers! Post allllll the photos so I can live vicariously through you!🏰💗

Speaking of rolling with it... those of us that have jobs requiring us to be seated for long periods of time can get some pretty tight hips. The tighter the hips, the more issues with the back and knees. To alleviate and break up this tightness, foam roll those hips out and give them some release.
