A few weeks ago a lovely lady contacted me asking for help with her dance showreel and on Monday night, we made it happen 💃
I felt like our paths were meant to cross and everything worked out so well, as if by magic 💫
Along with choreographing her showreel, I also got to develop some other creative passions I have too, which included filming, editing and directing 🎥
Everything aligned and I felt totally in my zone and despite very few hours sleep and almost 8 hours driving in 24 hours, I felt alive, energised and extremely content as I went to sleep that night 😴

I'm so grateful I get to do things I really love for my work and get so excited when I see my manifestations come to light🌟

15 weeks ago I was happy to get my hands to the middle of my shin. That's how tight my muscles had become. #hardwork and #discipline have helped me become #flexible again. Not only can I reach my toes, but I can also pull them toward me now. Getting #healthy one day at a time. Don't expect immediate results. Anything worth working for takes time. And it WILL pay off. Keep going! You got this. I will be able to put my forehead on my knee!! 🧘🏻♂️A lot of you guys who have been following me since the beginning of AESTHETIC BEING FITNESS know that I emphasize a lot on working on our Mobility and Flexibility.
🧘🏻♂️Being able to move efficiently in all planes of motion should be the first priority before you even think about building muscle. There are people who cannot even deep squat and they try to do heavy barbell squats which is only an invitation to injuries.
🧘🏻♂️I have been able to stay injury free for long now and that is because for me mastering my own body is more important. And at the same time it is logical as well because if you can’t move your own body weight efficiently then how can you possibly move external weight.
🧘🏻♂️And if you want to stay fit not just in your 20’s but also your 60’s and 70’s then mobility and flexibility work in a must. And the best approach for working on our mobility is YOGA. I will be sharing my knowledge and various YOGA POSTURES with you guys so that you too can start with it.
