Do you find yourself frustrated - unable to get into the positions you want for ‘X’ lift?
Maybe your proportions suck. Maybe it’s your flexibility. Maybe you just need to be stronger. Find out now, on this episode of DRAGON BALL Z!! __
But seriously, check out the latest video (link in bio) and let me know if you learned something. If you have an idea for a future video, please share in the comments!

Instagram is full of "experts" incorrectly using scientific terminology, from personal trainers to doctors of physical therapy and chiropractic.
If it's unintentional, it shows a fundamental lack of understanding of human biology and clinical research.
If it's intentional, it's a shallow attempt to differentiate oneself from the rest of the market in order to sell a product or brand; this behaviour is typical of training providers who offer weekend certification courses.
A high quality training programme will not allow you to qualify in a weekend.
The most common explanation for blurring the terminology is that different disciplines use different words to describe the same things.
However, the words in question (such as flexibility and mobility) have been used consistently across the scientific literature for decades to describe various phenomena.
The idea that 'mobility' is active, usable range-of-motion, and 'flexibility' is passive ROM only, is a relatively new development.
It is also a stupid one.
See my previous post titled 'The Flawed Mobility Model' for more information.
Furthermore, giving an existing exercise or therapeutic modality a new name and passing it off as your own creation (all too common these days) is a bit of a dick move.
Unfortunately these facts seem lost on the general public thanks to a widespread lack of scientific literacy and clever marketing.
Don't buy into the bullshit just because of a slick video or the letters after someone's name. Hell, don't even take what I say at face value. Do the research yourself and you'll spot this crap a mile away.

Traveling pictures and handstands must to do list haha. And yes when you feeling the background or the view your hands like tingling for one handstand or handstand. Do you have a same feeling? 😜. #contortionsisters
Are you hopeful for your splits to improve?🙏🏼
I know all the hard work, prayers, and rain dances that go into improving your flexibility. •
You don’t need to do those rain dances any more. My flexibility course works FAST. Instantly for 99% of the people who’ve done it so far with me and at home. •
What do you have to lose? Nothing, I know. This course costs less than a pair of technique shoes, a movie (in California) that T-shirt you’ve been eyeing, and more importantly ONE dance class. •
Not a lot to lose, everything to Gain.

You owe it to yourself to make your strongest attempt at becoming everything you dream of being. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
If 5 years ago, you told me that I would be where I am right now I would be hesitant... but I would believe you. Because a goal is a dream with a deadline, and I’ve been pushing for these goals my whole life. It’s been a big year of change, growth, self discovery, and honesty, and it never ends. But I owe it to myself to try. Every single day... except yesterday.. I spent all of yesterday in bed watching @vice and eating popcorn....
I hope that every night you go to bed knowing you’ve used up every bit of your talents. And every morning you wake up ready to do what you thought was impossible yesterday, because tomorrow is promised to no one! -
