  • Throwback to some 2 years ago, when me and @gertroersma set out to take my first fitness photos. I’ve come a long way and it’s not just the colour of my hair that had a metamorphosis. It’s many things, it’s the way I look at myself and my career. It’s the entire life I live and the adventures that got bigger as I went. I’m still passionate about teaching (if not, more passionate even), yet I'm also stepping into new ventures that are blooming and growing. Wait and see, word on those will be out soon… This is just the tip of the iceberg, I am not done just yet. 😉
Putting yourself out there is scary, taking these pics and letting the world know that I was ready for a new career was scary. It wasn’t for others per se, it was for me, to let me believe that I could do it.   • I dont know what @coachnav did to make my heart rate reach above 200 today and it wasnt even the sprints.  Today was a kick in the butt workout that was go-go-go but felt great when it was over.  I'm going to keep some of the booty challenge workouts for the weekends of my study days off because it gets hectic the other days to fit everything into 24 hours.  I kept food mainly very clean today because tomorrow I'm going to cheat!  I'm holding a food truck at work for all the staff so I'm excited to eat some junk for the afternoon.  I am going to offset as much as I can by chugging water throughout the day. I dont know what @coachnav did to make my heart rate reach above 200 today and it wasnt even the sprints.
