The incline press is easily my favourite weight training pushing movement. Not only is it incredibly effective at building a solid chest, triceps, and anterior deltoids (front of the shoulder), it is a bit safer than a traditional bench press. That isn't to say don't bench, but incline pressing puts less strain on the shoulder joint and allows you to gain similar benefits. Changing how much of an incline the bench is at will target different parts of the upper body such as your anterior delts, which also means it is a versatile exercise. The more the incline, the more the upper chest and shoulders will be worked and the less the incline the more mid chest is going to be worked. کمبود ویتامین دی یعنی افزایش آسیب دیدگی⁣
نشان داده شده که ورزشکارانی که سطح ویتامین دی پایینی دارند ( کمتر از ۳۰ ) در خطر بیشتر برای آسیب دیدگی عضلانی اسکلتی و بروز شکستگی های استرسی هستند.⁣
همچنین بررسی ها مشخص کرده است که قدرت عضلانی در ورزشکاران با سطوح پایین ویتامین دی کمتر از سایرین است .
