The Five Tibetan Rites is a system of exercises reported to be more than 2,500 years old also known as the "Fountain of Youth," because this practice effectively strengthens and stretches all the main muscles in your body. It also helps with balance.
➡️rite 1 :Breathing: Inhale and exhale deeply as you spin.
Tip: If you feel super dizzy, interlace your fingers at your heart and stare at your thumbs. Also have a chair very nearby to grab onto to steady yourself if you feel as if you are going to fall. Y se llego Diciembre con su alegría, fiestas, reuniones y sobre todo la comida en abundancia; con este último llegan nuestras preocupaciones y dolores de cabeza, nos empezamos a preguntar y ¿cómo voy a mantener mi dieta? O nos decimos a nosotros mismos “No puedo hacer dieta la dejo para enero”; Primero quisiera dejar de lado la palabra dieta y más bien hablar de mantener buenos hábitos alimenticios durante las fiestas decembrinas, muchos dirán Wangy que te pasa ¿como vamos a hacer eso?, ¡es DICIEMBRE!…
Pues les dejo aquí unos tips que pueden ayudar a mantener sus hábitos alimenticios durante este diciembre:
1. Trata de comer los antojitos dentro de tus horarios de comida por ejemplo la natilla / buñuelos / arroz con leche, puede ser como snack de mañana o tarde.
2. No te excedas en las novenas, tranquilo puedes decir NO.
3. Los días que más comemos y hacemos una especie de cheat day son el 24 y 31 [email protected] come con tranquilidad en esos dos días pero vuelve a retomar tus hábitos al dia siguiente o lo más pronto posible sin castigarte.

Take a rest day, it’s okay. I didn’t choose this as my rest day, but my mind and body had other plans. Fitness and running are hard enough when battling anxiety and depression, now add in body dysmorphia and neuropathic pain, and you have the perfect cocktail for not knowing which way is up. On days such as these, as hard as it is, sometimes a rest day is for the best. I always advocate for pushing your boundaries and pushing through the mental blocks because that is what can make you stronger. But I also know that it is important to know when your boundaries are firm limits rather than self doubt. Today was a day that was better spent resting and healing. Tomorrow is another day to take on the world and conquer my goals. Today I ignore my anxiety about training for my marathon, and take a rest day for the betterment of the process. I share my story in hopes that others will see it, maybe relate to it, and know that there is a point to the process, a journey toward better, and that I am here to share in the hardships and revel in the progress. 💕 #progressnotperfection #winthewarnotthebattle #fitnessformentalhealth #fitnesstoheal #fitnessforlife #stillirun
