You see this A LOT in the social media culture where they use that label around again and again. They tell you to do this exercise to get harder abs, or another exercise to get a bigger butt. Slowly normalising that "being fit" has a certain look.
If "looking fit" is the health goal you're after then by all means pursue it. Do keep this in mind though. By focusing on looking good, inevitably you will develop long term body imbalances. Seeing as your working the same muscle group in isolation week in and week out will outright keep the muscles working stronger while the muscles not working the same, or even worse, weaker.
How do you solve this issue? Just like having nutritious food in your diet, you need to add nutritious movement in your workouts. For example you can balance your leg day workouts by incorporating balance work on surfaces such as rails or generally any surface that requires you to maintain a certain balance to not fall off.
Getting the balance right, you should be getting the message by now, will effectively decrease muscle imbalances within your body and help you "look fit" for a longer duration. Never forget that your body needs this nutritious movement to function properly in the long term. So you might as well give it that.

But there are times when isolating a specific muscle, muscle group or joint is necessary and recommended. If you aren't sure what is best for you, a personal trainer or athletic trainer can help locate any muscle imbalance or weakness you may have and design a program to fit your needs.

This hoodie is comfortable, true to size (mine is a medium,) and convenient. I bought it because there’s times when it’s super cold and I don’t want to be in a t-shirt to workout, even though I know I’ll warm up as soon as I start. I never had workout clothes before because I just like working out in a big t-shirt.
I know there are lots of people on Instagram who have really nice workout outfits in every picture, but just know you don’t need to go and get a bunch of branded clothing items and cute matching outfits to workout and be healthy. The point is that you workout and feel good, not to have expensive equipment or outfits. But like I said this is convenient and nice, and I definitely recommend buying this.
It’s also the same idea as why I started my food Instagram. To make things simpler and put the idea out there that you don’t need a bunch of equipment and ingredients to make good healthy food whether you’re vegan or not. I want people to have choices, not to think “this is the only way to do it.” I know the health community is very divided with facts and beliefs.
