Art..call it a craft, think of it as an invention, know that it’s idea, understand it’s a belief, trust that it is creation....whatever you chose to believe, #art is the expression of human creativity and imagination; It’s a collection of images or ideas, some never seen/thought of/dreamed of before, but brought to life, into existence to invoke change, in a single moment of belief.
To me, art is an escape. A chance to leave your world in an instant. To leave where you are, the good and the bad; the stress and pain; the comfortable and the confusion left, in this place, just to stand in someone else’s universe.
It’s the embodiment of adventure and expression of oneself. It’s an ability to learn about yourself, just by peering into another reality. It’s a movement, that calls you to change, or be changed by a single interaction in time. It’s a reminder, that everything exists they way you want it to in your world, but you just be willing to let others in to show how beautiful you are.
I get lost in art to search for something I’m missing...I get lost in these words, to let go of something I don’t need...I get lost in moments, so that the memory never fades...I get lost in art to find me.
Today’s good, finding the art and beauty in all that you do...but most importantly the expression of yourself.

These were today after chest day. The back poses are poses I’ve been working on for a long time. It’s been hard for me to figure out how to hit it right and still think it could be better. Really motivated right now though!! 😉
Choose a weight you can do for 15reps laterals.
10 lateral raises
10 dumbbell high pulls.
Instead of doing the barbell upright row which places your shoulder in internal rotation (which is bad bad bad for your shoulder girdle), go for the high pulls that promotes a neutral to external rotation of the shoulders (good good good). Swipe left to see the high pulls from the side.
10 overhead presses.
Get those delts baby.
LIFE HACK!!!! If u are about to go on vacation and want to shed off some weight quickly, I have a simple trick for u! Bloating and extra weight is often caused by WATER RETENTION. When I have a lot of salt, I can see my face start to look more plump and my body hold excess water. To avoid this, DRINK A LOT OF WATER and LOWER YOUR SALT INTAKE! Once you do that, you’ll be able to see your true body frame and lose 5-10 pounds of pure water weight! Try it and send me ur before and after pics😉 I promise you’ll thank me later😋
For almost one year, I watched other new mamas commit to their health. I convinced myself they had some super power that I didn’t. More time, more energy, more patience. And with that mindset, I was right.
I limited myself to the belief that these mamas could and I could never.
Because I was too tired.
Because I didn’t have enough time.
Because I was too hungry from feeding two.
Because it was too hard.
Because what if I fail?
Then one day, instead of comparing myself to those other mamas, I thought “Well if she can...then I can.” That “you just had a baby” comfort zone was reeaaaal nice and cozy. Just like my bed is these cold winter mornings. But if you want something to actually happen, you have to get out of it.
You know it was a killer workout when your face is still beet red 5 minutes after you’re done!
The trainer wanted us to compare the numbers of the moves we go hardest on from today to the same moves on week one..... I actually stayed about the same(move 2 got better) but I’ve improved in other ways that aren’t measured by numbers-I’m not modifying as much, I’m using the step for about half of the workout(started at none) and I’m actually doing some of the plyo moves! Legs//Booty Workout at Home‼️ I bought these bands a few weeks ago and finally got to try them out yesterday- let me just say I love them!!! I used them a little at the gym before coming home to film these clips and the second I stood up afterwards my legs felt like GELATIN. My buttcheeks are so sore today honestly. It hurt to hike across campus, I felt like I was waddling😂 I highly recommend these though and will definitely be adding them to my leg day routines from now on!
