  • Killed it squatting with my bro @thabigdog32 ! ๐Ÿ’ช Workout went so good I went for a PR with 415. It really surprised me because I'm down 8 pounds and cutting my carb intake to only 1/3 the amount I'm used to having when I bulk. ๐Ÿ˜ซ Honestly was the toughest grinder I've ever had with squats so I'll take it! ๐Ÿ˜ณ Make things worse I did 3 sets of high volume and felt like death after it all.... good times! ๐Ÿ˜… Workout was 2 sets of 10 135, set of 10 185, set of 5 225, set of 5 275, set of 1 315, set of 1 365, set of 1 415 PR, set of 11 325 PR, set of 15 275, and a set of 7 225 5 second pause PR. ๐Ÿค˜ Love leg day and always training with my bro @thabigdog32 on them. ๐Ÿ™ Killed it squatting with my bro @thabigdog32 ! ๐Ÿ’ช Workout went so good I went for a PR with 415.
