  • Ways to improve your Mental Health : 💖⬇️💫 #motivation #inspiration #strength ▪️Get enough sleep - this allows your body to rest and repair whilst enabling you to have increased focus throughout the day. #selfcare ▪️Spend time with yourself doing something that you enjoy - this will help you get to know yourself without subconsciously being influenced by external personalities... this will also boost your confidence and decrease your anxiety due to feeling comfortable being alone and doing something that only you want. #confidence ▪️Listen to music and express your feelings - there’s nothing better than yelling out lyrics to a song that may relate to your life. It allows you to realise and release your emotions in a safe way. #positivity ▪️Drink water, eat well and spend time with/in nature - taking care of your body physically will also do a lot for your mind. Practicing self care is very calming, as well as being in an open space can feel very freeing. #selflove ▪️Accept that everyone is different and the way you think and feel is unique and it’s a gift - All experiences are lessons learned, and the hardest times and the ones in which you really get to discover the most about yourself. Don’t feel too disheartened by someone not meeting your expectations... simply take from it that you now know your ability and amount that you can care and love and now you know what you deserve and want from someone in return. #acceptance
