I'm once again ending my love affair with #milk. I love milk. I grew up on cereal, and I've drank literally thousands of gallons whole milk in my life. But I've been hearing lots of people say that milk is not good for testosterone levels. What I'm doing now is replacing milk with ice #water in my #proteinshakes, and adding 3-5 tbsp of #peanutbutter & a banana. I find that I like this recipe better than I like it with milk, and I get more calories from the peanut butter than the milk. .

I once went more than a year without milk and didn't notice any positive effects but I wasn't doing any #bodybuilding or #bulking then either. I have noticed more #pimples lately so cutting the milk and the sugary mass gainers out of my diet by replacing them with real food snacks and peanut butter should have a positive effect on my skin. .
