  • Next up for monthly oils: melaleuca (tea tree oil). @doterra sources their Melaleuca in Australia on plantations where populations of kangaroos roam. Indigenous people there consider their creek that runs through to be 'magical waters'- it is called the Bungwalbin Creek and it is surrounded by melaleuca trees that shed their leaves into the water. It takes roughly 2.9 lbs of melaleuca leaves to produce a 15ml bottle of CPTG melaleuca oil (pictured above).
__

This oils has well over 92 different constituents, meaning the therapeutic benefits of this oil are endless and it is definitely a core oil to keep in stock at home. Be on the lookout for ways that I use melaleuca oil as well as other ideas you may find useful. Already using it? Share your favorite tips! • Ok this is a post for the Lades!! Lets take a moment to talk a little about Shark Week and essential oils.

To be honest, this is one of the reasons I got into essential oils. I have always had a rough time when it came to my time of the month and the pain for the first 2 days was always so bad I would pretty much hide in the bathroom as much as possible. I always took multiple tylenols or ibuprofen for the pain and they always took a while to kick in and I would take a lot.
One day one of my amazing clients @kaileebagnato and I were talking about how I can swap out my usual tylenol for essential oils. This caught my attention and I went to one of her classes to learn more.
Now I don't even own any tylenol, advil or ibuprofen anymore! I have turned to the 3 products above. Peppermint oil, clary calm and deep blue! Let me say these 3 products together allow me to have less cramping for the first 2 days to the point that I can actually still do things and not be in pain all day and super moody and cranky!. Clary calm is also known as the womens blend. It's top uses are for hormone balancing, heavy periods, PMS, and cramps, pre & perimenopause, hot flashes, mood swings and sex drive! I like to apply this on my abdomen and inner ankles.

Peppermint is super cooling and so it creates an amazing cool sensation on the area so the pain eases off.

Deep blue is the mucle and joint cream and also is wonderful applied topically on your abdomen after some clary calm.
I like to apply all 3 of these as often as needed until my cramps have gone away and my mood improves!
Are you a major sufferer of menstruation pain? Try these today or dm me for a sample! Ok this is a post for the Lades!! Lets take a moment to talk a little about Shark Week and essential oils.
