  • How are you O N E tomorrow 😍 I honestly have absolutely NO idea where the F@&! The last year has gone, to be completely honest with you. I’m not sure if #secondchildsyndrome is a real thing or if it’s just an excuse 🤷‍♀️ but I feel like it’s 110% real lol. . Don’t get me wrong, of course I want to make everything for the girls as even as possible and treat them the same way but how is that even possible? Mia was my one and only baby girl, I had no other distractions (apart from every day life of course).. but now with Sofia? I mean, I knew it was all going to be different the minute I gave birth to her. . I feel we put waaaaaay too much pressure on ourselves to make sure we do EVERYTHING the same for each child. But the reality is, life HAS changed. It’s not the same. You have another child to devote your time and energy too. I dunno, maybe call me crazy but I’m ok with admitting that Sofia hasn’t had all the things Mia has had. Like a big first bday for starters? Her birthday is tomorrow & party next weekend and I’ve done hardly anything. I planned Mia’s 1st bday for like 4 months!! Why? Because I had time. TIME my friends is something you lack when a second (or more) child comes along... and let’s be honest, will Sofia even remember? I mean, I’ll still make it fabulous of course but still, it’s just different when it comes to the second... well for me anyways 🤷‍♀️ . Moral of this post? Stop stressing about the small things in life.
