  • How cool is to go to Queenstown for a field trip? ✈️
That’s exactly what 11 of our Flight Attendant students did earlier this month! 😱
With just one month left to go on their course, they went on this unforgettable trip through @jetstarnz NZ.
After a meet and greet session with the Jetstar cabin crew and managers at Auckland Airport, the girls got to experience first- hand what it means to give a first class service while being customers themselves.
The two-day field trip was filled with exciting activities, from staying at #jucysnoozequeenstown capsule pods and riding the scenic Skyline Queenstown gondola at 450 metres, to enjoying a downhill ride on the #skylineluge. 🗻🗻
Tutor Betty Ormsby said she was proud of how confident and professional her students where during the whole trip - qualities that are of utmost importance for a flight attendant.👩🏽‍✈️ How cool is to go to Queenstown for a field trip? ✈️ That’s exactly what 11 of our Flight Attendant students did earlier this month! 😱 With just one month left to go on their course, they went on this unforgettable trip through @jetstarnz NZ. A consistently better nutritional intake is always going to be better than occasionally perfect. 😉

Those of you who know me personally already know I flippin LOVE a good feed (all still #vegan of course)... however my daily nutritional intake is a little different from what’s pictured above (as I’ll now discuss). I’m all about sustainable solutions & the same way no one has ever gotten healthy/fit from eating 1 salad, no one has ever gotten unhealthy/obese from eating 1 pizza/burger/doughnut/freakshake/whatever. 😇 -
This post is about HOW I consistently eat primarily whole plant-based foods. It’s actually super simple & pretty much any given day I’ll have:
✅Legumes (beans/lentils/tofu)
✅Whole grains
✅Veg (including LOTS of greens)
✅Fruit (including berries)
✅Nuts/seeds (including 1 Brazil nut)
✅Herbs/spices (including iodised salt & 1/4 tsp turmeric always with a crack of pepper)
✅Nutritional yeast (or B12 supplement)
-
These foods are all cheap & readily available at most supermarkets in Aus & can be used to make some rad tasty meals such as:
🤤Bean/salsa/guac burritos
🤤Mushroom tofu scramble
🤤Chickpea/kale/potato curry
🤤Dahl + almond flatbreads
🤤Satay tofu veg stirfry + brown rice 🤤Berry protein smoothie
🤤Banana flax oat protein pancakes
🤤Black bean tahini brownies
-
Please DM me if you want step-by-step recipes or advice on how to include even just 1 or 2 plant-based meals in your week without ending up with a nutrient deficiency or sacrificing your tastebuds!
