  • Greek inspired GF pasta salad! If that sounds appealing to any of you lovely people then I’d get yourself the following easy ingredients and get in the kitchen to make this protein packed meal! I used @eatbanza penne pasta and I LOVE their products because not only are their products gluten free, but their pastas are made from chickpeas which makes them PACKED with plant protein. Add in some feta, roasted garbanzo beans, gape tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and a tahini lemon honey dressing! 😍 The biggest issue for most people with meal prepping is getting too overwhelmed in what to make. So, my main tip is to start small and as you get more used to the meal prep process start adding in more fun ideas like this salad! I’d be lying if I said I didn’t start my meals with only roasted veggies and dry chicken but you learn a few things as time goes on and learn how to manage time in the kitchen much better!
